In the highlands of Central Victoria, in the small town of Glenlyon, we source the finest ingredients, craft carefully, and wait as long as it takes. Every bottle captures a moment of place, season and curiosity, unique to the time it was made.

THE LAND
Central Victorian Highlands
Whisky is the heart of Gold Rhombus — it’s what drew us to distilling, and what we set out to make when we found our home in the highlands of Glenlyon. Cool nights and distinct seasons give us the time we need. The fruits we work into our liqueurs travel further to reach us: Davidsonia plum from the rainforests of northern Australia, apricot from the river country of the Riverland and Goulburn Valley. Different landscapes, one patient hand.

Finished in barrels from the region’s finest wineries, carrying their craft into something entirely our own.
Australian Ingredients
Davidsonia plum from northern Australia’s rainforests. Australian juniper, grown in central Victoria. Distilled throughout.

How We Got Here
First Cask
Our first casks are laid down with no fixed date for when they will be ready.
First Harvest
Davidsonia plum and Australian apricot sourced from Northern Australia and the river country for our earliest liqueurs.
First Release
Davidsonia Umeshu and Zārdalu will be poured for the first time, marking the start of the range.
